Physical Therapy at the Jim D. Morris Center
 
Welcome to the Physical Therapy Continuing Education program jointly brought to you by Missouri State University's Physical Therapy Department and the Jim D. Morris Center for Continuing Education.

This seminar is appropriate for PT's and PTA's who are new to the field, and experienced practitioners seeking to improve their skills in serving people with lower extremity amputation.  In addition to traditional class-room instruction, this seminar is unique in the inclusion of hands-on activities.   These will include opportunity to experience the effects of pylon and foot position adjustment in lower extremity prostheses.  Attendance will provide you with information on the latest developments and key issues affecting, the practice of Physical Therapy today, as well as a chance to network with other professionals in the field of amputee and prosthetis rehabilitation.
