Applying your Noncredit Fee Waiver Benefit to classes
As a Missouri State University employee, you can receive assistance with your course fees when you enroll in the University’s non-credit courses. The University will pay $150 per employee per fiscal year toward enrollment in non-credit courses sponsored through departments like the Center for Continuing & Professional Education (Jim D Morris Center). All or part of that $150 may be applied to a single class.
STEP 1:
Identify a class you are interested in studying. The Jim D Morris Center offers programs in areas such as:
• Computer & IT training
• Professional Development Programs
• American Sign Language
• Online career track & business education courses
STEP 2:
Complete the Noncredit Course Request for Assistance form available online from the Human Resources Department Website. Submit the original to the Office of Human Resources for approval. Keep at least one copy of the completed form.
STEP 3:
Submit a copy of your completed Noncredit Course Request for Assistance form (showing all signatures) to the Jim D Morris Center by fax or mail at the time of registration for any of the classes offered here.
