Missouri 8-Hour Citizen Firearms Safety Course
Missouri State University has teamed with 21st Century Peacekeepers to bring you this citizen's safety course for concealed weapons carry at a reduced price.

Location: Missouri State University, Jim D. Morris Center
Fee: $100
You will:
- Receive expert instruction from law enforcement personnel
- Discuss vital topics the state does not require such as interaction with law
enforcement, critical decision making, and post-incident trauma

You must have an approved 8-hour course to apply for your license to carry a concealed weapon.

Conditions:
- Pre-Payment of $100.00 per person is required. If you must cancel due to circumstances beyond your control, you may sign up for a future class.
- We do not offer refunds.
- You must fire both a revolver and semi automatic hand gun. You must have access to both weapons to take the course.
- You are required to bring 100 rounds of ammunition for the weapon you want to qualify with and 10 rounds for firing with the other weapon. ALL AMMUNITION MUST BE FACTORY LOAD.
- This course may be rescheduled by the instructor due to emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances.
Note:
You must apply for your permit from within the county in which you reside. It is adviseable that you contact your local sheriff's office for details about the requirements to carry a concealed firearm.
