The course sessions must be taken in conjunction with at least ninety (90) hours of practicum in an activity department of a long-term care, adult day care, residential care or assisted living facility. Your practicum supervisor must verify the working practicum before the Certificate of Completion can be sent at the end of the course. Proof of High School diploma or G.E.D. is required for registration.

Each correspondence student will be required to have a practicum supervisor.
