The GOLEAD program is absolutely wonderful. The classes taught me many new ways to run the BBB more efficiently through ideas received at the classes, from marketing to board management, finances, legal to name a few.I enjoyed the classes so much, I invited the Chairman of my Board of Directors, and he was impressed.
At the end of each class I took away information, even if it were something I already knew, maybe a new or better way to do it. You have done an excellent job of putting together this program and it should be a MUST for any new Director of a non-profit.
